During the years before this war had started, the U.S. military was working on creating a robot, fighting machine. This robot was designed to fight for the soldiers, which in return would allow the soldiers to be safe, and stay with their families instead of fighting on the front line. The training for soldiers was much different lately, instead of training them for combat and one-on-one fighting, they were trained using a computer. For hours on end they would learn the techniques of the military computers. These computers were what the robots ran off, what controlled their brains and their thinking. Every move was typed into the computer. It seemed so simple, but the soldiers still had to go through intensive training. Just as soldiers, these robots would fight the enemy; therefore, they needed a strategy and some idea of what the capabilities of the robot were. The robot was tiny and had two tracks similar to a snowmobile. It had a protective shield above, which blocked any sort of weapon that would be fired.
